RETURN/REFUND POLICY Authroized exchanges within 30 days of invoice date, unused resalable cookie cutters only - No returns on custom designs.

To return cutters:  returned unused and resaleable cutters within one week from date of telephonic or e-mail notifiying us of the reason for the return. The amount of the purchase will be refunded to the customer within one week from receipt of the merchandise.  All shipping charges will be paid by the customer.  Insurance claims against the shipper must be filed by the customer.

Any merchandise shipped to international address may be returned but only after the customer has paid all charges, rates, and custom fees.

We do not anticipate returns as we maintain an open, honest communication with our customers and generally are able to resolve problems amicably.
